Shipping Policy 

Orders $100 and over are shipped for free (some exclusions apply on large/oversized items). Orders under $100(before taxes and fees) are charged $9.95 for shipping. 

All orders are shipped within 2 business (M-F) days using normal Ground shipping services (UPS or USPS). Ground shipping time is 1-6 business days within the lower 48 states.

All expedited shipping requests that are received before 2 pm CST will be shipped the same business day with a transit time of 2 business days. Expedited shipping is only available to the lower 48 states.

We make every effort to ensure timely delivery, it's important to note that certain factors such as shipping carriers and handling procedures are beyond our control. Consequently, delivery delays may occur due to various reasons beyond our influence.

Please understand that we can not guarantee UPS's 2nd-day delivery as there may be factors such as adverse weather conditions, carrier delays, or unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your understanding and patience in such situations.

Orders are processed for shipping Monday - Friday only, excluding shipping holidays. 

We currently ship to the US only.

Disclaimers:

• If you elect to use a freight forwarder for your shipping and or billing address, The Heel Shoe Fitters is not liable for any lost, damaged, or stolen items.
• All orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii will have a $13.99 shipping charge. Typical ground shipping will take 5-10 business days.  
• Orders that are returned to sender will be refunded and charged the shipping on the order since the order was undeliverable. Reasons could be: incomplete address, no mail receptacle, refused delivery, no forwarding address, vacant address, etc. Please verify that the shipping address is accurate before placing the order!
